By interacting with any service with Orion or any business or external platform that Orion participates in, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Orion is neither a licensed or qualified medical, legal or financial professional. Nothing Orion ever communicates or expresses should be taken as advice or council regarding these or any other professional field where licensure, education or certification is required by any and all applicable laws.

By default, all privately booked readings are PRIVATE and no details will be shared with anyone but you. Orion may ask permission to share highlights from your reading but this is OPTIONAL and 100% up to YOU and WILL be honored by Orion.

However, if you agree that Orion may use media from a reading then you grant permission for Orion in his sole discretion to be allowed to use all available media involving yourself in a reading for marketing, educational or entertainment purposes. Again, this is optional and will not be shared by default. Only with expressed permission may Orion share anything from any reading.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Orion and any business Orion participates in with you from any claim, liability, loss, cost, damage, judgment, settlement or expense (including attorneys fees) resulting from, or arising in any way relating to any and all interactions with Orion or businesses Orion participates in.

This includes any act, error, omission or negligence on the part of Orion and any businesses Orion participates in. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that any and all services received from Orion and or any businesses Orion participates in is solely for entertainment purposes only.

You agree that booked readings are non refundable. However, Orion will do his best to reschedule your reading in the event that he or you must cancel. However, "no-shows", (i.e. not showing up for a reading within 10 minutes of the agreed upon time) to booked readings where a pre-determined time has been setup to meet via Zoom or over the phone will not be rescheduled or refunded. It is understood that you will behave in a civil and respectful manner while interacting with Orion or any other member of Orion's workshops, external platform(s), classes, mentoring or readings.
